My approach is informed by lived experience. You can tell me what you need help with, without having to explain or prove everything that has happened.
I can help organise paperwork, appointments and information; build a simple budget or list of bills; research housing and community services; and put your priorities into a manageable plan.
You decide what matters first. I can help gather information and prepare questions for services or professionals, while you stay in control of your decisions.
