Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you engage Rebel Rose for services. By confirming an engagement, instructing Rebel Rose to begin work, or continuing to use the services after receiving these terms, you agree to them.

2. Services

Rebel Rose may provide practical support such as administration, document and paperwork organisation, research, task coordination, personal project management, planning and assistance with situations involving multiple tasks or organisations. The exact work, priorities, timeframes and method of delivery will be agreed with you for each engagement.

Services may be provided in person, by phone, electronically or remotely. Rebel Rose is Wollongong / Illawarra based, may travel by agreement, and may provide remote support Australia-wide.

3. What Rebel Rose does not provide

Rebel Rose is not a law firm, medical provider, financial adviser, accountant or other regulated professional service unless expressly stated otherwise. Information, organisation, research and administrative assistance provided by Rebel Rose are not legal, medical, financial, taxation or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for decisions about your affairs and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate. Rebel Rose will not knowingly represent that it has authority or professional qualifications it does not hold.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide information and instructions that are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, to review important documents before they are submitted or relied upon, and to tell Rebel Rose about relevant deadlines, restrictions or changes. You are responsible for final decisions and approvals unless a specific authority has been agreed in writing.

5. Authority to communicate

Rebel Rose will only contact another person, business, agency or organisation on your behalf where you have authorised this. Some organisations may require their own written authority, identity checks or consent forms before they will communicate with Rebel Rose.

6. Fees, expenses and payment

Payment method: Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made by bank transfer using the account details shown on the Rebel Rose invoice. Clients should use the invoice number or other requested reference when making payment.

Fees, payment arrangements and any expected expenses will be agreed before or during an engagement. Where travel, third-party charges, purchases or other out-of-pocket expenses may be required, Rebel Rose will seek agreement before incurring material costs unless another arrangement has been agreed.

Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit or refund conditions that apply to a particular booking will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

7. Timeframes and outcomes

Rebel Rose will use reasonable care and skill in providing the agreed services. Timeframes can depend on information supplied by you and on third parties such as businesses, agencies or professionals. Rebel Rose cannot guarantee a particular decision, approval, response, financial result or other outcome controlled by a third party.

8. Documents, records and digital communication

You should keep copies of important original documents. Electronic communication and cloud-based services can carry risks outside Rebel Rose's reasonable control. Rebel Rose will take reasonable steps to handle information appropriately but cannot guarantee that third-party systems will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Confidentiality and privacy

Rebel Rose will treat personal information shared for an engagement with care and will use it for providing and administering the requested services, subject to legal requirements and any permissions you give. More information is set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Ending an engagement

You may ask Rebel Rose to stop work at any time. Rebel Rose may also decline, pause or end an engagement where work falls outside the agreed service, required information or authority is not provided, payment arrangements are not met, there is inappropriate or unsafe conduct, or continuing the work would be unlawful or inappropriate. Fees and authorised expenses already incurred remain payable where applicable.

11. Liability and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Rebel Rose is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a client, a client's decision not to follow appropriate professional advice, or acts, omissions, delays or decisions of independent third parties outside Rebel Rose's reasonable control.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version applying to an engagement will be the version provided or available when the engagement is agreed, unless a later change is accepted or required by law.
